Breaking-Up Mindfully is a class I am developing for you to say, "Good-bye"! to a means of relief that you have used to substitute emotional nourishment in relationships.

Whether you derive relief from being with a person, a behavior, a substance or activity, breaking-up mindfully is what I believe the necessary action to bring you

face-to-face with yourself perhaps for the first time.
